How to Use · First Use
Three steps to enjoy immediately
- Unbox and inspect — Confirm that the package includes one concrete holder, one capsule, and one instruction card. Check that the holder has no cracks and the capsule foil is intact.
- Place the holder — Set the concrete holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep it at least 30 cm away from flammable objects.
- Install the capsule — Peel off the capsule foil seal, place the capsule gently into the holder recess, and make sure it sits firmly without wobbling.

Daily Use
Lighting the candle
- Before lighting, trim the wick to 0.5–0.8 cm to prevent an oversized flame or black smoke.
- Light the wick with a lighter or long-reach igniter.
- For the first burn, keep it lit for 2–3 hours until the wax melts fully to the edge. This helps prevent tunneling.
- Once the wax pool melts evenly, enjoy the scent as it diffuses through the room.
Extinguishing the candle
- Use a candle snuffer or wick lid to extinguish the flame and reduce smoke.
- Avoid blowing it out, which may shift the wick or splash melted wax.
- After the wax solidifies, trim the wick to 0.5 cm for the next use.
- Remove carbon residue around the wick to keep the wax surface clean.
03
Replacing the Capsule
When should I replace it?
- When less than 0.5 cm of wax remains
- When the scent has noticeably faded
- When you want to switch to another scent family
Replacement steps
- After extinguishing the candle, let it cool for at least 30 minutes so the holder and capsule are fully cool.
- Gently remove the used capsule and wipe any wax residue inside the holder with a dry cloth.
- Peel off the new capsule foil seal and place the capsule into the holder recess before lighting.

Troubleshooting
Flame is too high
- Extinguish the candle immediately and wait until it is fully cool.
- Trim the wick to 0.5 cm before lighting again.
- If the issue continues, the wick may be abnormal. Please contact support.
Black smoke appears
- This is usually caused by an overly long wick. Extinguish the candle, then trim the wick.
- Make sure the candle is not exposed to strong airflow, such as an air conditioner vent or fan.
- Remove carbon fragments or foreign matter from the wax surface.
Uneven wax surface · tunneling
- The most common cause is not letting the wax melt fully across the surface during the first burn.
- Try extending the burn time so heat can spread evenly.
- Wrap foil around the top of the cup, leaving an opening in the center, to concentrate heat and help the edges melt.

Care & Maintenance
Holder care
- Wipe gently with a dry soft cloth to keep the surface clean.
- Avoid chemical cleaners, which may damage the concrete surface.
- If wax residue builds up, soak the holder in warm water until the wax softens, then wipe it away.
Capsule storage
- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Unopened capsules have a recommended shelf life of 2 years.
- Use opened capsules within 6 months for the best scent experience.
