Recycling Process and Rules

Choose the 10, 25, or 50-capsule plan based on the quantity you expect to return this time.

Place it with this order
The recycling kit must be placed with regular products so it can be included in the shipment.

We include a shipping label and recycling bag
We include a printed iBox shipping label and recycling bag with your order so you can return empty capsules directly.

Pack and return the empty capsules after receiving your order
You may combine capsules collected with friends and return them in one shipment.

We manually confirm the quantity and contents
If the returned quantity differs from the selected plan, the final result is based on our confirmation.

Store credit is added to the official account after confirmation
Each return shipment is tied to one official account, and store credit is issued to that account after confirmation.
